Patch 40
T1 L3 Ghost Costumes & Loa Statues for Class Champions
Each class champion will get their name on these statues. We will do this in every tier.
Each class champion receives a created L3 ghost costume with bonus Soul-like effect. We will do this in every tier with the tiers best gear sets.
HOTKEYS: 2nd 3rd skillbar
These are hardcoded shift and alt + your keybind of the skill on the default bar.
If you use something like shift+Q, you need to re-assign the pet command in the keybinds, or the shift+q skill will not cast from the bar.
Fixed Costume effects
This is a huge update for an A9 client as costume effects werent working.
Now hoodie's glowing eyes, smokes, etc, are properly working.
This could reveal missing texture files that were hidden so far, these are purple and you will notice them. Please report them in bug-report so I know which ones need fixing.

Nunvice relic box fixed, it now drops 100%: 50% fang, 30% thread, 20% gem
Mage shield of siz should now block debuffs properly, it was bugged.

Level 95 +9 Weaps exchange
Calculated mathematical average of required materials of a +9 95 weap. Rounded them up, added it for those who despise rng. If people like the system, might introduce this in more fields, but surely not all.
Black PP Flask - NPC: Lowe [DKSQ Shop] - 1mil PP and 100mil Dil - this covers the PP/Dil cost of the base weaps, and the +ing attempts cost.

DKSQ Kill buffs
Tripled the points u get from DKSQ upon killing someone.
Nunvice Shrine
Added Nunvice Shrine, a Solo Dungeon in Requies.
Added two new daily quests to Esteban [Starter/Daily] in Loa Castle.
Daily Quest: Kill 16 Frizkhans. This is completed by finishing the basic dungeon run.
Daily Quest: Kill Wrath Vine. This is the summonable spider boss.
To summon Wrath Vine, you need Fang, Thread and Gem.
You receive one of these summon materials randomly during a run.
Summon materials can also be bought from Lowe [DKSQ Shop] for Purchase Points.
These daily quests are mainly focused on big EXP rewards.
The Level 91+ Gold Argate reward from Soul Extraction daily has been shifted into the Kill 16 Frizkhans daily quest.
This makes the reward harder to abuse with alts or idle characters waiting for the next tier.
Daily EXP Buffs at Level 91+
Nunvice daily quests now reward 50 million EXP each.
There are 2 Nunvice daily quests available.
Soul Extraction daily now rewards 50 million EXP.
Earl Dead Front Changes
Earl Dead Front monster EXP increased by 100%.
Baron Dead Front Changes
Baron Dead Front monster EXP increased by 30%.
Vicious Summoner Changes
NERF: Dark Avatar acceleration has been nerfed back by a good margin. Dark Avatar now only has small acceleration, as the previous version was overtuned.
BUFF: Blade Dance PC rate is now 43%.
NERF: Infected Earth healing reduction now scales from 8% to 35% from Level 1-10.

Patch 36
Mage
Goal: improve Mage utility and self-peel, make Fire one of the strongest damage trees, and keep Ice focused on utility and setup.
Flame Gusher: faster animation, improved hits, and now performs all hits from Level 1.
Fire Blaze: increased damage and now gives +20% Fire Damage for 7 seconds on cast.
Freezing Spirit: reduced cast time, freezes faster, and now hits 3 times over 1.5 seconds while re-applying Freeze in the area.
Infernal Pillar: instead of a 3-4 second lock on the last hit, each hit now applies a 2 second skill lock.
Vicious Summoner - General
Goal: reduce Summoner team buff power without hurting their own personal power.
Some classes became too strong when fully boosted by Chakras, so part of the Chakra power has been moved into Skin of the Foreign Realm.
This also helps Summoners chase better, since they were struggling heavily with that as a melee class.
Resistance Chakra, Force Chakra, and Power Chakra have been nerfed by 50%.
The removed stats have been shifted into Skin of the Foreign Realm, making Summoners carry that power personally and more permanently.
Staff Summoner
Goal: make Staff Summoner less reliant on Palpus for damage and speed up its extremely slow skills.
Vicious Mastery increased by 10%.
Palpus has been fixed and now performs all hits properly.
Palpus animation is now 25% faster.
Palpus poison resistance debuff reduced from -480 to -250.
Palpus movement speed debuff increased from 40% to 60%.
Increase Poison: animation is now 25% faster and it now debuffs Poison Resistance by 200 at max level.
Hell Burst animation is now 20% faster.
Venom Light animation is now 15% faster.
Infected Earth animation is now 20% faster, and the follow-up ground hits now deal better damage.
Twin Blade Summoner
Goal: make Cosmos skills useful and move power away from the full Bind Sword / Blade Dance / Devil Swing playstyle.
Dark Avatar PC rate fixed, making it stronger.
Dark Avatar cast animation reduced by 25%.
Vicious Mirror PC rate fixed, making it stronger.
Blade Dance PC rate has been nerfed.
Hunter
Goal: Hunter was heavily overperforming in full gear tests. Since many other classes received buffs and adjustments, Hunter only receives a small nerf for now.
Crossbow and Bow Mastery reduced by 5%.
Ice Arrow slow reduced from 60% to 40%.
Vulnerable Point defense reduction reduced from 69% to 50%.
Bagi Warrior
Resistance: Abnormal Resistance is now 80% on every level.
Only duration and cooldown now change by level. The old Level 1 50% value was too RNG-based.
Aloken
Goal: Aloken was absurdly tanky, but had very low kill potential against geared characters.
Aloken tankiness has been reduced, while damage has been significantly increased.
Aloken now needs to pick engages more carefully, but is also much more threatening.
Decrease Damage buff: proc duration reduced from 0.85 seconds to 0.25 seconds.
This means one proc no longer blocks damage for almost a full second.
Spear Mastery increased by 15%.
Self Bless Levels 1-5 now add 100-500 Critical Rate.
Judgement Step: last hit slow increased from 100% to 130%.
Double Spear range increased from 4 to 6.
Segnale
Goal: Segnale was too locked into a pure support role in fully geared PvP, so her offensive kit has been improved.
Blood Mastery Level 5 HP bonus increased from +1,000 HP to +2,000 HP.
Blood Hit Level 10 skill damage increased.
Blood Hit range increased from 6 to 8.
Spirit Emersion PC rate increased from 25 to 30.
Spirit Emersion range increased to 14, matching Curse Field.
Spirit Emersion cast time reduced by 10%.
Rise Fierce PC rate increased from 25 to 30.
Rise Fierce range increased to 14, matching Curse Field.
Rise Fierce cast time reduced by 10%.
Curse Field PC rate increased from 25 to 30.
Anti Magic now also reduces Curse Resistance by 150, on top of its existing debuffs.

Colosseum level requirement increased to Level 90.

Added shops next to every Commission Quest table in Python.
PK Changes
Self Resurrection now has a 5 minute cooldown after relog.
This prevents relog abuse for repeated self resurrection during PK situations.
MISC.:
Everyone's skill reset count has been reset. You can reset skills at npc.

Patch 34-35
C Coin changes (Colosseum)
Created C Coin [T1-T6] coins
You can only farm materials for wearable items in the tier and no future stacking.
EG: Tier 1 has C Coin [T1] which can be used to buy -91 armlet and belts. C Coin [T2] in tier 2 will be used to buy 100 and 115 belt and armlets.
On tier transition to T2, Supply items will also be changed to require T2 C coins. Only the C Coin [T1] -> DK-Coin exchange will stay, so people can burn their leftover C coins.
Removal: Only 2 item existed that dont belong in this tier, those were removed and the 2 people got compensated.
Inner Python & Commission Quest Changes
Angelica and Hera range has been reduced to 0, making them melee range.
They can now be lured much more easily.
Level 85 Commission Quest now gives *3.8* (v35) million EXP.
Level 90 Commission Quest now gives 4.5 million EXP.
Added Commission Quest boards to Garden and the Crevice spot.
Earl Dead Front
Party EXP cut has been removed in Earl Dead Front.
This means roughly a 40% EXP increase in a full party.
Siege Changes
Siege Gate HP has been reduced by roughly 60-70%.
Siege Pendant HP has been reduced by 50%.
Fixed the white pad issue.
Miscellaneous
Removed Football mobs.
World Cup exchangers and World Cup buffs will be removed soon, so exchange anything you still have.
New costume rotation: Holy Vanguard.

Patch 31
Introducing the End Game PvP Progression System
From now on, every future tier will follow a similar progression system. The newest weapon tier will always be obtained exclusively through DK-Square, while the final 5 levels will be significantly harder and centered around a new Dead Front where you can also farm progression materials. This is the long-term structure planned for every upcoming tier.
Level cap has been increased to Level 95.
Tomb of the Black Dragon has been raised to Level 96+ and is NOT accessible.
Level 95 weapons have been added to the DIL & Purchase Point shop inside DK-Square. They can only be obtained by participating in DK-Square.
Solar Protector HP reduced by 50%.
The waiting time after a DK-Square match ends has been reduced from 60 seconds to 5 seconds. This also prevents newly created lobbies from getting stuck.
Fixed DK-Square NPC buffs. Every buff now correctly lasts 30 minutes.
DK-Square duration has been increased from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and now starts 30 minutes earlier, immediately after Dead Front.
Looking ahead: Tier 2 will follow the same design with a Level 115 cap, a new Dead Front starting at Level 111, and Aquarius raised to Level 116. This is not live yet, but demonstrates how future tiers will be structured.
Colosseum Updates
Eclipse Armlet: Max HP reduced from 900 to 500 and Damage reduced from 3% to 2%.
Eclipse Belt: Critical Resistance reduced from 4% to 3%.
Players will now have much more reason to participate in Colosseum. Even +7 Belt and Armlets will now outperform the Eclipse versions.
Python Castle Update
Hungry Carbons have been replaced with regular Carbons, providing considerably more grinding space for a larger player population.

Level Cap Update
The new level cap is 94.
Levels 91-94 are intentionally extremely hard to reach.
Collected EXP at Level 91 has been reset to 0.
EXP now falls off heavily at Level 91+ in Crespo A, Deux Boss, and Guild Boss content.
Recommended Level 91+ progression is Earl Dead Front and daily content.
Baron Dead Front maximum level cap has been set back to Level 90.

Earl Dead Front now has 3x higher chance to drop Argates, Accessories, and DK Coins compared to Python Castle monsters.

Karon Expedition monster drops are slightly better than Python Castle monsters.
Most Karon Expedition rewards have been shifted into the daily quest.

The Colosseum leaderboard now resets every week.
Every Sunday at 23:59 server time, the Top 3 players receive exclusive 7-day Auras through mail before the leaderboard resets.

DK Square Exchange: increased the Purchase Point price of a C Coin from 30 to 50.

Patch 25
Siege Boss / Raid Update
If the boss kills you, you now respawn instantly on the same map at the side respawn point.
This lets you quickly run back and continue helping your guild.
Raids have been enabled now that same-map respawning is solved.
Raid EXP sharing has been changed so it no longer cuts EXP. Everyone should now receive the intended EXP reward.
The Siege Boss level has been changed to Level 90 so EXP rewards are not ruined.
Boss damage has been manually increased to compensate for the level change.
The boss is intended for Level 70+ players. It is not meant to boost very low-level characters by 20 levels.
Lower-level players should still be helped through lower Dead Fronts until they reach Level 70.
Guard rate and block rate have been fully removed from the boss.
This should prevent bugged or stopped damage animations, but the boss may hit harder now.
The boss received a small HP nerf so it does not take too long to kill.
Boss HP will be monitored and adjusted if needed, with the goal of making the fight satisfying without being overtuned.
World Cup buffs are now stackable up to 10,000.

The Castle owner will have access to the Siege Boss.
Siege Boss spawns roughly every 18 hours.
Siege Boss drops: 4 Gold Argates, 10 million DIL, and 30 million EXP.

2026 World Cup Event is now live.
Added Football mobs to Avalon Island and Python Castle.

These mobs guarantee 1 Football drop and give 10,000 EXP.
This is roughly 2x the EXP of a regular mob in these areas.
Footballs can be exchanged for a World Cup Random Box.

Possible rewards include strong PvE buffs, including 8 lure, 5% movement speed, and 5% monster tolerance.
Possible rewards also include 1-day Football Costumes and DK Coins.

Colosseum is now live.
Colosseum is available 3 times per day. Check the Timers page for the exact schedule.
DK Square timers have been adjusted.
DK Square is now available 3 times per day. Check the Timers page for the exact schedule.
DK Square rounds have been reduced to 10 minutes.
DK Square rewards have been adjusted: Winning reward 4,000, participation reward 1,000, and losing reward 3,000.
These changes make rounds faster while keeping overall rewards similar.
Unbalanced matches will end sooner, while the losing team receives better rewards to make losses less frustrating.
Make sure to check the Timers page regularly. The daily event schedule is now quite full.
The Level 91 daily quest reward has been changed and now gives 1 Gold Argate.
Dead Front Changes
Added the Newbie Buff to Rabble Dead Front.
Removed the maximum level restriction from Rabble and Fear Dead Front.
Higher-level players can now enter Rabble and Fear to help lower-level players.
Increased the maximum camera zoom slightly on every map.
Gear Checker now supports DN stats and displays them in a human-readable format.
Gear Checker now supports URL search parameters, allowing you to directly link another player's Gear Checker page.
The Online List now includes a Gear Check button next to every player.
Clicking the button instantly opens that player's equipment in the Gear Checker modal.
Tes has been converted into a visual shop for Dead Front maps.
Donate Supplies has also been moved to Tes, where vouchers can be exchanged for buffs.

Changed the PK IP system and punishments.
You now go to PK Prison if your IP is above 0. It is no longer limited to 500+ IP.
For example, even with 50 IP, you will respawn in prison.
IP payout prices have been reduced by 90%.
100 IP now costs 100,000 DIL instead of 1,000,000 DIL.
You now lose 10 IP per minute in prison instead of 3.
You cannot bail out until your IP reaches 0.
PK IP system and prison rules updated.
Added a warp to Deux Gate through the Talking Trastone [WARP] NPC at the entrance of Python Castle.

BALANCE / DKSQ Balance
Important: no balance change is final. Do not freak out over one patch. We will keep watching the balance closely and adjust when needed.
Hunter Balance: Hunters are currently overperforming heavily, which is also why there are so many of them right now. The extra damage bonus from their 'speed' buff has been removed. This bonus was not supposed to be there in the first place.
Staff Summoner Balance: Palpus is currently overtuned for Tier 1, especially with Level 91 resistance values and no wings yet.
Palpus movement speed debuff has been reduced from 50% to 40%.
Palpus resistance debuff has been reduced from 680 to 480.
DK Square Balance: In this tier, everyone is still very fragile. Players are moving around a lot, melees have trouble reaching targets, and ranged classes are nuking each other too quickly.
To improve this, the DK Square NPC buff now gives everyone +10% PK/PvP tolerance.
The DK Square NPC buff also now gives +10% missile damage tolerance to slightly reduce ranged damage pressure.
Important: missile damage tolerance only reduces damage coming from non-melee distance. If a ranged class walks into melee range, their damage is not reduced by this stat.

Patch 9-12
Added a new daily quest: kill roughly 2,000 monsters to extract 100 Monster Souls.
Added Newbie Buffs to lower level Commission Quest locations, helping solo players catch up on less populated maps.
Newbie Buff effects: 12 monster lure, +50% monster tolerance, and +50% damage.
Changed python required mobs from 6k to 10k to spawn Deux.
Daily Quest & Newbie Buff added to lower level CQ locations for easier solo catch-up.
Python and Avalon Update
Argate and DK Coin drops have been increased by 30% in Python Castle and Avalon Island.
These maps are meant to enable every other important activity on the server, but the rewards were still a bit underwhelming. This should feel much better now.
Boss Update
New boss system for Avalon Island and Python Castle.
Respawn-time bosses have been removed. Favnil and Deux no longer use the old 1-hour respawn system.
New boss mechanism: kill 6,000 monsters on the map to spawn the boss.
This system currently applies to Avalon Island and Python Castle.
Global notifications now show boss progress at 1,500, 3,000, and 4,500 monsters killed.
The boss spawn is globally announced on every map.
Boss kills are also globally announced, so players do not start running for a boss that is already dead.
Favnil Lv.65+ rewards: 1x Crespo B Ticket, 1x Gold Argate, 3x Silver Argate, 10x random Argates, 7-10 million DIL, and 9 million EXP.
Deux Lv.80+ rewards: 1x L3 Choice Box, 1x Crespo A Ticket, 2x Gold Argate, 5x Silver Argate, 15x random Argates, 15-20 million DIL, and 18 million EXP.
Favnil teleport at Molokai has been changed to Level 65.
Python Inner Castle quest from Hamon has been changed from Level 85 to Level 80.
This allows players to participate in Deux content starting from Level 80.
DK Square Update
DK Square rounds have been changed from 30 minutes to 20 minutes.
Timed DK Square session length has been changed from 1.5 hours to 1 hour per session.

For now, DK Square is active 2 times per day, 1.5 hours each.
The active windows are placed after the most populated Dead Front times.
Future DK Square schedule adjustments are possible depending on activity and player feedback.

DK Square Lobby
New launcher released with Damage Meter support through DekaDux.
Important: use the new LAUNCHER.EXE.
Damage Meter records every hit you deal, including damage amount, damage source, and target.
Damage Meter also measures total DPS.
You can use it to check who deals the most damage to bosses, or how much total damage you dealt during a DK Square run.

Crespo A EXP has been buffed and monsters inside have been adjusted/nerfed in damage.
EXP Requirement nerfed by 30% under 24 and 15% under 35. This is a one-time thing to make early levels without aoe skills smoother based on collective feedback. There will be no more exp nerfs in the future, especially not on higher levels.
PvP content is not open yet. We are waiting a few more days so more players can reach higher levels before competitive PvP starts properly.
Added DK Coin to the DK Square shop for Purchase Points. This will be the most efficient way of farming DK-Coins, roughly 200 a hour nn time-gated DKSQ.
Added Gold Argate to the DK Coin shop.

Eclipse Belt and Bracelet are equal to +7 belt and armlets of this tier, while also keeping PvE stats.
This gives players a strong farmable belt and bracelet option outside Colosseum, helping more players join competitive PvP.

Existing characters have received 1 Crespo C ticket by mail.
Crespo C tickets are now binding. This change only affects Crespo C tickets.
The starter Crespo C ticket is a demo ticket, allowing players to try Treasure of Crespo early.
